TOM SUVER

As a young child, I always had a hard time paying attention in school. Instead of paying attention to the teacher, I would draw in my notebooks or even on the school desk (which was hard to clean by the way). I’ve done great in my art classes and our art teacher was a well-known painter/artist in my home town and our surrounding community. I always admired his artwork and I happen to attend his gallery a few times. I didn’t really pursue art as I grew up in times where that was not really considered a "bright future". I had an opportunity to leave my home country and moved to Winnipeg. My priority was not to follow my dream but to get a job quick that pays good since I was on my own for the very first time. I forgot about my dream.

I knew art was in my blood as music is another great passion of mine. Music helped me rediscover it when I was in a local band, and we were about to release our first album. When the question came up about making the artwork for the cover, I saw the opportunity to save a bit of money for the band and together with another friend we have created the artwork for the bands cover. 

That was the moment when I realized that this is what I am meant to do. I forgot how amazing it felt to express my feelings and views via visual art.

Time stands still when I am working on the next artwork project. That is my happy place, my true passion. My passion can be the fuel not only for my own well being but to the next individual or company I create a design for.

I never shy away from new challenges and increase my knowledge and that’s why my goal is to share my passion with the world. I founded SUVER DESIGN in 2020 to provide a productive outlet for my graphic design skills and training. I stay at the forefront of all the latest trends so I can provide my clients with modern and stylish products. From the initial strategy to the final outcome — I offer guidance and support throughout the whole process.

I specialize in Logo Design, Advertisement Design and Merch Design as well as Marketing and Branding strategies. Between 2021-2023 I was enrolled in the Graphics Design Diploma Program at CDI College and graduated with honours. Alongside attending college I acquired the knowledge of Audio and Video Engineering, which had led me to podcasting and building my own professional studio. January 2023 SUVER MEDIA was born.
